Visitor Registration
Visitors register on their own using a kiosk or app:
- Scan the QR code received via email, SMS, or WhatsApp
- Option to scan an ID, driver’s license, or passport
- Manually enter information using the touchscreen

Identification and Verification
The system can automatically capture:
- Photo with face detection, watermark, and blurred background (no clicks required)
- Personal information from the document
- Visit details: reason, host, company, contact information

Host Notification and Approval
The system sends an immediate notification to the host upon the visitor’s arrival, followed by approval or denial of access via:
- EvTrack Connect mobile app (Android, iOS)
- Email with an approve/deny link
- Immediate notification to the visitor/host after check-in (and check-out)

Physical Access After Registration
After approval, the visitor gains access via:
- QR code scanned by the reader
- OTP PIN entered on the keypad

Does it work without a physical kiosk?
Yes. EV Track is a comprehensive software platform: you can manage registrations, notifications, approvals, and access tracking even without a physical device at the front desk, using the app and web portal.
Can I integrate it with my access control system?
Yes. EV Track integrates natively with leading video surveillance and access control systems (Avigilon, Genetec, Gallagher, SAFR, Suprema BioStar2, and others) without additional middleware.
How long does installation take?
It depends on the configuration you choose. A software-only solution is up and running in a few days; a solution with a hardware kiosk requires a technical site visit and a timeline agreed upon based on the location.
Is visitor data secure?
Yes. Communications between system components are encrypted using SSL, and biometric data, if requested, can be deleted at the end of the visit. Depending on the configuration you choose, data can be stored in the AWS cloud, a private cloud, or on-premises. During the consultation phase, we’ll work with you to determine the solution that best meets your security and compliance needs.
How much does it cost?
The price varies based on the number of access points managed, the configuration (software-only or with a kiosk), and the required integrations. A consultation with our technical team will provide you with a customized quote.
What if I have a multi-site business?
